I have written twice to you with NO RESPONSE on your part. I bought the heart black leather collar. I loved it. But, the leather tag that holds the collar together fell off TWICE I wrote to you with no answer. No since you never responded I have to return the collar.

Got a tag and a collar for my baby, looks great on her. Tags diamonds are so shiny, quality are better than I think, collar made of real leather, which is very strong,I’m very satisfied with the product.
