Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that customized items are not eligible for return or refund (except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect).

To start a return, please contact us at cs@scamperandco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be processed.

Once your refund is approved, it typically takes 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Alternatively, we can ship your replacement item after we process your return.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note it may take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
